We handle animals outside also. It could be raccoon in your trash cans, opossum in your yard or a snake in your pool area. Our wildlife professional can remove the problem and put measures in place to help prevent it from happening again.
Most of the calls we get are homeowners hearing noises coming from their walls or attic. One of the problems with wildlife in those areas are, squirrels, mice, and rats often chew on electrical wires. Another problem is most of the damage inside those areas is unseen.
In the attic many critters leave droppings and urine and can cause mold or odor problems. Raccoons, bats, birds, opossums, and rats spread several diseases that humans can and do catch, such as Salmonella and Histoplasmosis plus more.
We have the skills to get your house back to normal. If you are in need of our attic restoration service, we will remove the old soiled insulation and then treat the infected/soiled areas before any new insulation is installed.
We will then install new insulation to the recommended R level. We will even treat the area to help prevent any new pest infestations The product used is designed to last as long as the new insulation.
We will have your attic back to being safe and good as new, if not better than before!
All workorders, invoices and pest agreements will be emailed to the email address provided. If you do not receive your paperwork right away, call the office so we can make sure your receive it.

If the original type of wildlife gains access through our permanent repair or exclusion device during the warranty period, we will remove the animal(s) and reinforce the repair at no charge to the property owner (with the exception of temporary repairs).
